Note: The Plantronics Savi series has two form factors:OFFICE: USB + Bluetooth on baseUC: Charging base only + USB receiverZAC Softphone Notes CS540 + EHS40: Audio works but Answer/Release must be done from ZAC.Headset button control does not function with ZAC via EHS40. ZIP 22G / ZIP 23G / ZIP 23GE Behavior Pressing Answer/Release on headset when phone is idle does not produce dial tone for non-Bluetooth headsets. Must enable in phone settings: Yealink WH63 on 23GE: Works only when both USB ports are connected (USB + micro-USB to RJ-9 adapter).Yealink WH6X Headset Notes Ships with setting that keeps audio path always open , which drastically reduces battery life. You MUST disable the “always open audio” setting in Yealink USB Connect software to conserve battery. Battery life (after ~1 year): ~4 hours talk time with setting off; much longer standby. The setting in USB Connect is required to switch between headset idle and active audio modes. For more information, see: Yealink WH6x Headsets page.
