Base Station Ports

Desk Phone Connection

  1. Plug the power adapter into port 3 on the base station
  2. Plug the Micro USB into port 1, and the USB into the Desk Phone
  3. Toggle Headset Mode on the Desk Phone
  4. Place a test call

PC Connection

  1. Plug the power adapter into port 3 on the base station
  2. Plug the Micro USB into port 2, and the USB into the PC
  3. Ensure the headset is selected as an audio device on the computer or is the default audio device
  4. Ensure ZAC is bound to softphone
  5. Place a test call
