Zultys Flex (ZAC)

Setup

  1. Go to Settings in ZAC
  1. Go to Flex menu option
  1. Enable Flex (toggle button)
  2. Configure Flex as required (see below)

Zoho

For Zoho, please fill in the following options:

Action/Mode

  • Select URL
    • Enter:
      • https://crm.zoho.com/crm/orgYOUR_ORG_NUMBER/search
    • Replace YOUR_ORG_NUMBER with the number displayed on your Zoho CRM portal.
  • Command Line:
    • Enter:
      • ?searchword=%CallerNumber%&isRelevance=false
