Shaw PRI issues aka T1/E1

Commonly Shaw provides an InnoMedia ESBC for their PRI services. Occasionally these devices can cause audio problems with signalling timing.
To reboot this device:
- Locate the device
- Press the PWR RESET button (see fig. 1)
- It is a larger black button.
- The lights on the device will flash, etc.
- Wait 2-10 minutes for the reboot to complete.
- Re-test.
