Shaw PRI issues aka T1/E1

Commonly Shaw provides an InnoMedia ESBC for their PRI services. Occasionally these devices can cause audio problems with signalling timing.

To reboot this device:

  1. Locate the device
  2. Press the PWR RESET button (see fig. 1)
    1. It is a larger black button.
  3. The lights on the device will flash, etc.
    1. Wait 2-10 minutes for the reboot to complete.
  4. Re-test.
